E. Turnaround Time Report

The report can be accessed by going to Reports → 3. Rx Analysis Reports → E. Turnaround Time Report.

Overview

The Turnaround Time Report provides insight on how long it takes for your prescriptions to go from one workflow status to another. You can enter up to 4 different start and end points for a single search, letting you see step-by-step what the turnaround time is for the workflow in your pharmacy.

Usage

To use the report, begin by selecting a Start Date & Time and End Date & Time. The report will search for valid prescriptions through the dates selected, and between the times. For example, if you select January 1st, 2021, 8am as the start time, and January 15th, 2021 at 8pm as the end time, the system will look for workflow steps occurring on the days between the selected dates between 8am and 8pm.

Once you’ve selected your date range, select whether to group the results by Hour, Date, or Day of the Week. In the Calculate From field, select whether you’re searching primarily for the workflow’s Time of Input or Time of Completion.

Finally, select your Start WF Step and End WF Step. You can click the Plus icon to add up to three more workflow step pairs, for a total of four.

Once you’ve selected your preferences, click Generate and the report will appear. You can then click the plus icon to a given date range/group to see the prescriptions for that group.

You can also navigate to the Chart tab for a visual representation of your workflow turnaround times.
