Deleted Rx Report
This screen displays all the prescriptions that have been deleted in the selected date range or by selecting a specific RX. The user can narrow the report down by choosing a specific BestRx User, prescription number, selecting a specific patient, prescriber, plan / insurance plan group or drug.
To access the Deleted Rx Report screen, click on Report O. Deleted Rx Report.

Search By: Delete Date or Rx Number
Date Range: Limits results to a selected date range
User ID: Filters results by BestRx user
Patient, Prescriber, Plan, and Drug: Additional filters to narrow the search
Restore: Selecting an Rx number allows you to restore a deleted prescription. If the original Rx number is already in use, you will be prompted to restore it under a new Rx number.
The report can be sorted at any time by clicking the column header you want to sort by.
To print the report, select the tab to print, then click Print or press Enter when Print is highlighted.
To export the report, click Export Data or press Enter when Export Data is highlighted. Note: Exporting to Excel requires a full version of Microsoft Excel/Office and does not work with Office Starter 2010 or other starter/third‑party versions. If using those versions, export as CSV instead.
To clear all fields on the screen, click Cancel or press Enter when Cancel is highlighted.
