Immunization Report

The Immunization Report allows you to generate a list of prescriptions classified as immunizations in the system. If there’s any important information missing, it will be listed under the prescription in a red box.

To generate a list, start with the filters at the top. Specify a From and To date range, prescriptions from a certain Vaccine Group, prescriptions that are Already Reported to SMP, whether to Show Rxs With Missing Info Only, Statuses, and who the Rx was Administered By. Once these are set to your preferences, click Generate at the bottom.

If any prescriptions are missing information, clicking on the red box will bring up a pop up window to fill in the missing information. For example, when clicking on Drug Lot No is missing, the following prompt will appear.

Click Save when the needed information has been entered.

If you’d like to print the generated report, click Print. If you’d like to export to a standard Excel or CSV file, click Export and select the file type and fields to be exported. This report also supports the ability to Export to HRSA Format, for COVID-19 immunization prescriptions filled on the default CASH plan. Ensure you’ve entered your billing TIN number to the Federal Tax ID Number field in the K. Pharmacy Setup File screen if you’d like to use this function.

Submitting to SMP

By checking the boxes next to each prescription and clicking Send Data at the bottom of the screen, you can submit immunizations to Script Management Partners, also known as SMP.

Information on any pending tasks from SMP can be reviewed in the SMP tab near the top of the report view, as long as your pharmacy is in production with SMP.
