Azend Pharma Historical Data
To ensure a smooth and efficient process when transferring pharmacy data to Azend Pharma, please follow the steps outlined below.
To access Send Historical Data screen in BestRx navigate to: Misc. Interface Setups Miscellaneous Interface Setups
Once on this screen, locate ‘Real-Time Prescription API’ and click ‘Send Historical Data’.
You’ll then be prompted for the ‘Daily Password’
The password will be provided by BestRx. More details to follow.
After entering the daily password, select ‘Azend Pharma’ from the Data Interface Type drop-down menu.
Next, select the ‘Data Start Date’.
The further back you send data, the longer it will take to process.
To avoid disruptions, run this on the server after the pharmacy is closed or near the end of the day.
Do not run it during high-volume times (e.g., store opening or peak hours), as it will slow down pharmacy computers.

After selecting the Data Start Date, click ‘Send Data’ to complete the data transfer.
The pharmacy does not need to monitor the process.
It will run overnight and should be complete by the time you arrive the next day.
