BestRx does not stock hardware at our offices, we work with various suppliers to fulfill our customer's equipment needs. As a result, we are experiencing the same issues when sourcing equipment. We are actively looking for stocked alternatives and additional vendors to purchase from and would encourage you to do the same. Just be sure to purchase from reputable sellers, like Office Depot, Best Buy, Amazon, MicroCenter or a local computer supply company.
During this time, it's important to be as proactive as possible about hardware purchases to prevent any disruption to your pharmacy's operations.
As always, BestRx will continue to share important information and industry updates that may impact your pharmacy. For questions, or if you are planning to upgrade your pharmacy devices, please contact BestRx customer support, to start the process.
