Patient Refill Requests

The Refill Request Queue shows prescriptions requested by patients through IVR, Your Local Pharmacy App, and Web Refill.

To access the Refill Request Queue, click the “Patient Refill Requests” header in the notification bar below the file menu, or use the Dashboard button if available.

If “Patient Refill Requests” is not visible in the header, click the gear icon Screenshot 2025-04-17 124251.png next to the Dashboard header. Then select “Patient Refill Requests” and click “Dashboard & Notification Bar” to display your options.

Refill Request Queue

In the Refill Request Queue, you can select a date range and generate prescriptions that showed up in your IVR, YLP App, and Web Refill.

Refill Request Queue Settings

  • Generate: Select a date range and click Generate to display the report, which includes Rx and patient information, pickup type, and message source (e.g., IVR).

    Fill Rxs: Select a prescription to fill it on the Rx Processing screen.

    Add to Refill Queue: Select prescriptions and click Add to Refill Queue to include them.

    Auto Process: Automatically processes selected prescriptions and displays a status window.

    Keep New: Marks a selected prescription in green to track it as “new.”

    Delete: Removes the selected prescription from the list.

    Clear/Exit: Clear refreshes the page for a new report; Exit closes the screen.

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

The report can be sorted any time by simply clicking the column name above the records you'd like to sort by.
