ScriptDrop Status Report
ScriptDrop is a service offering free prescription deliveries at no cost to the pharmacy or the patient. It is done by secondary billing a custom ScriptDrop BIN during prescription entry workflow to initiate delivery of the prescription. When the prescription is delivered, ScriptDrop will track the delivery until the patient signs for it, then report the signed delivery receipt back into the pharmacy's ScriptDrop account.
To access the ScriptDrop Status Report screen, click on Dispense/Delivery L. ScriptDrop Status Report.
This menu can be featured on the Dashboard.
ScriptDrop Status Report Settings
Generate a report of all ScriptDrop deliveries within a selected date range.
Apply optional filters to view prescriptions by status: Pending, Scheduled, With Courier, Cancelled/Returned, or Delivered.
Schedule delivery for any selected prescription after generating the report.
Cancel a prescription if it hasn’t been passed to a courier by selecting it and clicking "Cancel Order".
Delete orders as needed, provided they are still eligible for cancellation.
Sort the report by clicking on any column header.
Print tickets by clicking "Print Ticket" or pressing "Enter" when the button is highlighted.
Clear the displayed data by clicking "Clear" or pressing "Enter" when the button is highlighted.
