3. Price Update Report
Price Update Report
The Price Update Report displays AWP price changes made either manually by the user or automatically through software updates from a third‑party database.
To access the Weekly Price Update report, click on Administration 3. Price Update Report.
You can generate the report for a specific date range and filter results by drug using the Drug Search field. Search by drug name prefix or enter the full medication name. From the results, select individual drugs or choose Select All to generate the report.
Display Options
All Price Changes: Shows all price changes made to a drug, including manual changes by users (e.g., a user updating the price of Xanax 1 mg tablets).
Only Price Updates: Shows price changes from official Price Updates and indicates which update they came from (for example, Price Update 01‑02‑26 and the number of changes in that update).
To clear all displayed data, click Cancel or press Enter when the Cancel button is highlighted.
Printing
To print the report, click Print or press Enter when the Print button is highlighted.
To export the report, click Export Data or press Enter when the Export Data button is highlighted.
Note: Exporting to Excel requires the full version of Microsoft Excel/Office and does not work with Office Starter 2010 or other starter or third‑party versions. If you are using one of these, export the file as CSV instead.
