To access the Weekly Price Update report, click on Administration -> 3. Price Update Report.
Price Update Report
The price update report is meant to display AWP price changes to medication in the software made by the user, or by the software price update (obtained from a third party database company).
The report can be generated for a specified range of days, and can be filtered to display price update changed made to specific drugs by using the Drug Search field. You can search for drugs that begin with a certain prefix, or specific medication by typing the entire name. From the search results you can select individual drugs or alternatively select all and generate the report.
To print the report, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.
If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted. NOTE: Export to Excel only works on full versions of Microsoft Excel/Office. It does NOT work with the Office Starter 2010 and other starter/third party versions. If using any one of these, export to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) instead.
The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Cancel" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Cancel" button is highlighted.
