ScriptDrop Status Report

ScriptDrop is a service offering free prescription deliveries at no cost to the pharmacy or the patient. It is done by secondary billing a custom ScriptDrop BIN during prescription entry workflow to initiate delivery of the prescription. When the prescription is delivered, ScriptDrop will track the delivery until the patient signs for it, then report the signed delivery receipt back into the pharmacy's ScriptDrop account.

This screen allows the user to generate a report of all the ScriptDrop deliveries in a selected date range, with an optional filter to display Pending, Scheduled, With Courier, Cancelled/Returned, and/or Delivered prescriptions.

You can choose to Schedule Delivery of any selected prescription after the initial report has been generated. If a prescription is still within the pharmacy and not yet passed to a courier, the prescription can also be cancelled by selecting the right script and clicking "Cancel Order".

You can also choose to Delete Order as required, but it needs to be able to be cancelled.

The report can be sorted any time by simply clicking the column name above the records you'd like to sort by.

To print tickets for the selected prescriptions, click the "Print Ticket" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print Ticket" button is highlighted.

The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.
