10. Transfer Inventory Report
Transfer Inventory Report
This report identifies drugs with inventory transfers to, from, or both another pharmacy.
Select a date range and choose Both, To, or Out transfer types, then generate the report.
To access the Inventory Transfer Report screen, click on Inventory 10. Transfer Inventory Report.
Transfer Inventory Report Filters
Date Range: Select From and To dates
Transfer Type: Choose Both, Out, or In
Transfer Pharmacy Name: Filter by the pharmacy involved in the transfer
Click a column header to sort the report by that column.
To clear all data on the screen, click Cancel or press Enter when Cancel is highlighted.
Transfer Inventory Report - Print Report
To print the report, select one or more transfer items, then click Print Report or press Enter when Print Report is highlighted.
Transfer Inventory Report- Print Ticket
Select one or more transfer items, then click Print Ticket or press Enter when Print Ticket is highlighted.
The ticket includes the same details as the report, plus signature lines for both parties as proof of transfer.
