To Purge Unused Records, click on Misc -> 6. Purge Unused Records.
Purge Unused Records
The purge unused record function is used to purge any records in BestRx that has not been used/connected to a prescription fill.
THIS PROCESS CANNOT BE UNDONE. PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION.
To obtain a list of records, first select the appropriate record by clicking Prescribers, Patients, Families, Drugs or Brand/Generic Links.
Click the "Get Unused Records" to obtain a listing of all unused records.
Next, select the records you wish to purge.
To select all records click the "Select All" button; alternatively click "Unselect All" to clear your selections.
When you have selected the records you wish to purge, click the "Purge" button below.
Repeat for any other category as needed.
