C. Download Pharmacy File

If you have purchased a feature for your program and it is not displaying in its appropriate menu, your Pharmacy File could be outdated and simply needs to be refreshed. Select this option to download the file from BestRx and make sure all the features of your program are unlocked. If you have changed your NPI, make sure to give us a call and update the information, as it has to match our records for features to be properly unlocked.
