E. Process Patient Queues

To access the Process Patient Queues screen, click on Workflow -> E. Process Patient Queues.

 

 

Processing Patient Queues

This screen facilitates processing of patient appointments that have been added to the custom queues created previously. This feature is still in the process of being built out, and more features could come at a later date. You can also refresh this report at any time by clicking the refresh button on the bottom left.

 

In order to begin processing a queue, first choose the custom queue using the "Select Queue" drop-down box. At any time the display method can be changed with the "Display" drop-down box to view single Defer Dates, Defer Date ranges, or All Records , and can be filtered to Nursing Homes by selecting the appropriate nursing home or facility from the respective drop-down box. It can also sort the report by Floor, and filter Completed Records.

 

 

In the above example we're looking at a patient that was added to a defer date appointment due to their request for consultation at a future date. From this screen we can click on "Fill" to begin filling a brand new prescription for the patient, or "View" to see their patient profile.

 

To remove appointments from the queues, simply select the appointment and click the "Mark as "Completed"" button if the appointment was completed, or "Remove from Queue" to remove the appointment without completing it.
