Printing a Profile
The Print Patient’s Profile screen allows the user to view and/or print a patient’s Rx profile from a specific start and end date as well as with or without certain information such as drug name, total cost, and sig instructions.
To get a patient’s profile, the user will have to choose the patient’s name from a generated list. To do this, type in a whole or partial name and then press the "Enter" key to view a list of patient names that meet those criteria. Choose the patient by either clicking anywhere on the row of the patient or type in the line number of the patient and press the "Enter" key.
Next, enter in the appropriate start and end dates in the From and To fields. Select if you'd like to filter by Plan or Status by selecting the specific name. Then, select whether or not to display the drug name, copay, total cost, and sig instructions using the drop-down lists. Choose if you'd like to print the patient remark or signature message. If printing signature message, choose what to print the message on.
When finished, click on the "Get Profile" screen or press the "Enter" key when the "Get Profile" button is highlighted to get the patient’s profile.

Exporting a Profile
If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted. NOTE: Export to Excel only works on full versions of Microsoft Excel/Office. It does NOT work with the Office Starter 2010 and other starter/third party versions. If using any one of these, export to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) instead.
The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Cancel" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Cancel" button is highlighted.
