This report is used to obtain a list of brief information for patients currently residing in a Nursing Home or Facility your pharmacy services. Simply choose the desired facility in the drop-down box and click "Generate Report" to obtain this listing.

To obtain a list of all patients in LTC Facilities, click on LTC 11. LTC Patient Listing.

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.
