C. Cycle Fill Settings

Overview
LTC Cycle Fill is a new feature in BestRx that enables pharmacies to automate and manage prescription processing for multiple patients within a nursing home, now referred to as an LTC Facility. Before proceeding with a cycle fill you’ll want to configure the Auto Process Settings.
To access LTC Cycle Fill Settings, click on LTC C. Cycle Fill Settings

Allow Refill Too Soon - This allows the pharmacist to refill the prescription before the due date. This is useful if they have to fill cash scripts beforehand. The default is set to ‘No’ but this can be adjusted.
Allow if Not enough QOH - It will process the fill depending on the setting if there is enough quantity on hand for the drug.
Allow if Cost is below Acq Cost - It will allow the script to be processed if the cost to dispense is below the acquisition cost.

These settings relate to the ‘Use Pharmacy Setting’ for Allow if Not enough QOH and Allow if Cost is below Acq Cost.
