3. Manage Patient Custom Queues
To access the Patient Custom Queues screen, click on Workflow -> 2. Manage Patient Custom Queues. Custom queues created here can be featured on the Dashboard.
This feature allows for creation of custom queues in order to create appointments or reminders for individual patients.
Adding a New Patient Custom Queue
To add a new queue, simply click the "Add New Queue" radio button; to edit an already created queue, simply click it from the list.
There are currently only two options when creating/editing a queue:
Queue Name: This simply indicates what name this queue will have.
Prompt to assign Date/Time when adding to queue: This option forces the software to prompt for a Date/Time when adding the patient to a queue. This is very helpful when creating future appointments as the software will ask what date and time the appointment should take place.

Adding Patients to Custom Queues
To add a patient to a custom queue, simply press the "Q" button next to the Patient Name field on the main processing screen or patient profile.
The software will display a box asking the user for a date/time to be used to defer the appointment if set as an option for the queue. The user will also have the ability to add a remark/note to the scheduled instance.
When done selecting date/time and entering a remark, simply click "Add to Queue" to add the patient to the queue. You can then view and process these instances from E. Process Patient Queues, and also by visiting the Calendar.
