ERA Settings

This screen allows the pharmacy to enter FTP credentials for the appropriate ERA company to enable electronic remittance processing. It supports single‑ or dual‑way communication between the pharmacy and the reconciliation agency for 835 file exchange and reconciliation. Currently, electronic remittance is supported for Net‑Rx, Cardinal/Arete/Elevate, and Third Party Station.

If uploading manually you’ll select the 835 files from electronic remittances screen.

These settings should be entered and tested with assistance from BestRx Pharmacy Software.

To access the Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) screen, click on Billing ERA Settings.

Enter the required credentials and select Test Connection to verify access to the FTP server.

Once the connection is successful, click Save & Exit to apply the settings and close the screen.

To clear all entered information, click Clear or press Enter when the Clear button is highlighted.
