ERA Settings

This screen allows the pharmacy to input their credentials for the appropriate ERA company's FTP server. This is used for single/dual way communication between the pharmacy and the agency to perform electronic remittance of their prescriptions. Currently the only supported companies for electronic remittance are Net-Rx and Kinray Inmar. NOTE: These settings should be entered and tested with assistance of BestRx Pharmacy Software.

Enter in the appropriate details in the fields and click "Test Connection" to test the connection to the FTP server. After the connection has been tested, you can click "Save & Exit" to save the information and exit this screen.

The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.
