Overview

The Transfer Transaction to Another Family account receivable screen allows the user to transfer the entire accounts receivable balance from one family to another.

This can be useful for moving a child's transactions to a parent account, merging two accounts that were created by error, or for any other reason.

To transfer transactions from one in house charge account to another, click on Acct Receivables 7. Transfer Transactions to Another Family.

To transfer balances, first select the family to transfer from by entering the full patient name to retrieve family information, or enter part of the name and press "Enter" to display a list of patients. Select the patient by clicking their row or entering the line number and pressing "Enter."

Next, select the family to transfer the balance to using the same method.

Once both families are selected, click the "Transfer" button. Confirm the transfer by selecting "Yes" when prompted.

To clear all displayed data, click the "Cancel" button or press "Enter" when the button is highlighted.
