BestRx Quick Support
Use the quick support function to allow one of our customer representatives access to your PC to quickly troubleshoot your issue.

To download Quick Support navigate to https://www.bestrx.com/support and select click here.
This should download Quick Support then open the program.
Simply provide the support representative with your ID and Password to connect.
If you have the full version of TeamViewer installed on your computer you will see a different window all you need is the ID and Password to give to the support representative.

This other window will display the same information (as shown in the screenshot above), only towards the left side of the screen. The function of the program remains the same.
