M. Item Activity Report
To get to the Item Activity Report Menu, click on Reports -> M. Item Activity Report.
The menu offers the ability to view Active Items, Inactive Items or an Item Sales Log.
1. Active Items
To get to the Active Items Report screen, click on Reports -> M. Item Activity Report -> 1. Active Items.
The Active Items report displays items that have been sold at your store for a specific date range. The report can be narrowed down by Department, Category and/our Group; it can be tailored to display a specific quantity on hand. Choices are Greater than Zero, Zero or Greater, Equal to Zero, Zero or Less and Less than Zero. It also gives the ability to display Supplier Info, however report generation becomes significantly slower when chosen so.
Select the Date Range with the From / To calendar buttons and when ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".
To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.
If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted.
Export to Excel only works on full versions of Microsoft Excel/Office. It does NOT work with the Office Starter 2010 and other starter/third party versions. If using any one of these, export to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) instead.
The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.
2. Inactive Items
To get to the Inactive Items Report screen, click on Reports -> M. Item Activity Report -> 2. Inactive Items.
The Inactive Items report displays items that have not been sold at your store after a specified date. The report can be narrowed down by Department, Category and/our Group; it can be tailored to Include Never Sold Items, and also to display a specific quantity on hand. Choices are Greater than Zero, Zero or Greater, Equal to Zero, Zero or Less and Less than Zero. It also gives the ability to display Supplier Info, however report generation becomes significantly slower when chosen so.
Select the Date for Items NOT Sold After with the calendar buttons and when ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

3. Item Sales Log
To get to the Item Sales Log screen, click on Reports -> M. Item Activity Report -> 3. Item Sales Log.
The Item Sales log provides a sales log report based on an individual item(s). The report can be narrowed down by Department, Category and/or Group.
Select the Date Range with the From / To calendar buttons, then search and select the items with the Item field. You can also narrow down the report with the Generate For filter; the filter allows All Items, RX Items or Non-RX Items to be shown. NOTE: If an item selected does not belong to a category, ie. Pepsi is not an RX Item, the report will not display a result.
When ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".
To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.
