This screen will allow you to set up reports to be emailed to a provided email address on a daily or weekly basis. This feature is only available in the Standard or Premium Tiers of BestRx. |
Scheduled Report Notification Setup
Scheduled Report Notifications allow the pharmacist to receive daily or weekly reports by email, without the need for a messaging interface service. This functionality can only be set up by a user set as a Super Admin or Store Owner for their User Type. Normal and Admin users will not be able to access this screen.
This screen can be accessed by navigating to Administration → 12. Scheduled Report Notifications.
Adding New Report Notifications
Click on the Add New Report Notifications button at the top left of the Scheduled Report Notifications screen.

Once configured, the system will generate and send reports automatically at the designated time. More than one scheduled report can be set up, and by using the Active option, you can temporarily disable reports if needed.

It is recommended to add “pharmacy-reports@messaging.bestrx.com” to your contacts to ensure nothing ends up in your Junk or Spam folders. |
