H. Transfer Pharmacy File

To access the Transfer Pharmacy File screen, click on File -> H. Transfer Pharmacy File.

Adding a new Transfer Pharmacy:

To add a new transfer pharmacy, click on File -> D. Transfer Pharmacy File.

When adding a new transfer pharmacy, make sure the Add Pharmacy option is selected towards the top of the screen. Enter in the Pharmacy Name and pharmacy information then click the "Save" button to save the information or click the "Save & Exit" button to save the information and go to the Rx Processing screen.

Editing an existing Transfer Pharmacy:

To edit an existing transfer pharmacy, click on File -> D. Transfer Pharmacy File.

When editing an existing transfer pharmacy, make sure the Edit Pharmacy option is selected towards the top of the screen. Enter in any identifying information in the "Search Pharmacy" field to search for the appropriate transfer pharmacy. To select the pharmacy simply click anywhere on the row of the pharmacy. Enter in the appropriate information to be edited and click the "Save" button to save the information or click the "Save & Exit" button to save the information and go to the Rx Processing screen.

To delete a transfer pharmacy record, make sure the Edit Pharmacy option towards the top of the screen is selected. Click the "Delete" button and click "Yes" when the system asks “Are you sure you want to delete this record?

The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Cancel" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Cancel" button is highlighted.
