Use the quick support function to allow one of our customer representatives access to your PC to quickly troubleshoot your issue.
During first use of the Quick Support function, BestRx will download the latest version of the support program from the internet.
When the program is launched you will see the following window-
Simply provide the representative with your 9 digit ID, and if required the password.
If you have the full version of TeamViewer installed on your computer you will see a different window.
This other window will display the same information (as shown in the screenshot above), only towards the left side of the screen. The function of the program remains the same.
