To access the Rebill Report screen, click on Billing -> D. Rebill Report.

Rebilled Prescriptions Report Screen

The rebill report displays information on prescriptions that have been rebilled using the 'Rebill Prescriptions' feature. The report displays prescriptions in a date range, for Paid, Rejected or both statuses. This report can be narrowed down by selecting the plan / insurance plan group or drug in their respective search fields.

The report can be sorted any time by simply clicking the column name above the records you'd like to sort by.

The Date Range filters the records by the rebill date. This is the date that the prescriptions were actually rebilled on. Very Important: This date does NOT represent the Fill Date of the prescriptions.

The Status of Claim filters the results by the status of the rebill.

When you generate the report the program will display a result of the search criteria as selected.

At the bottom of the screen the program shows how much additional money the pharmacy will receive as a result of rebilling these prescriptions.

Clicking on a specific prescription will display the response for that claim. This will be especially helpful when dealing with rejected claims.

When the report's been generated you have a choice to perform some additional functions alike to other reports in the BestRx program.

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

If you'd like to remove specific prescriptions from this report, select the corresponding check boxes next to the prescriptions in the list, and click "Remove Selected Rows" button.

If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted. NOTE: Export to Excel only works on full versions of Microsoft Excel/Office. It does NOT work with the Office Starter 2010 and other starter/third party versions. If using any one of these, export to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) instead.

The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.
