To add an immunization record, click on Misc -> 13. Immunization Administration Info.
Immunization Administration Info
This function will allow the user to enter in immunization administration info for the selected prescription. Simply type in the RX number and fill out the rest of the form as appropriate and required according to the prescription being filled.
