Quick Support
Use the quick support function to allow one of our customer representatives access to your PC to quickly troubleshoot your issue.
During first use of the Quick Support function, BestPOS will download the latest version of the support program from the internet.
When the program is launched you will see the following window-
Simply provide the representative with your 9 digit ID, and if required the password.
If you have the full version of TeamViewer installed on your computer you will see a different window. This window will display the same information, only towards the left side of the screen. The function of the program remains the same.

Verifone Sigpad Maintenance
This menu offers some basic functions to try if your Verifone Signature Pad has become frozen or unresponsive.
The Recalibrate function attempts to calibrate the screen to properly accept input from your pen and touch. This function should be used if the pen seems to be pressing the incorrect buttons.
The Restart function does a soft restart of the signature pad. If successful, the pad will prompt for a password. The regular Verifone password to reset the device is 166831
The Reboot function restarts the entire pad. This is the same as disconnecting the pad from power. The signature pad will take between 3-10 minutes to restart.
The Get Debit Key information button is used to display if the signature pad has been encrypted for debit card purchases.
