Received Purchases Report

Overview

This report is used to search when a drug's been indicated as purchased either by purchase date or invoice number. Select the method to search by, and indicate the date range or enter in the invoice number. Select if you'd like to generate the report for all or specific vendor, if you'd like the report to be grouped by invoice, and indicate if you'd like the report to be narrowed down by name or NDC of the medication. You can select if you'd like to display Brand drugs, Generics or both.

The report can be sorted any time by simply clicking the column name above the records you'd like to sort by.

To print the report page.

Received Purchases Report Filters

  • Search By: Filter drugs by purchase date or invoice number, with an option to set a date range.

  • Vendor: Filter drugs by a specific vendor, like McKesson or Kinray.

  • Group By Invoice: Choose “Yes” to group drugs by invoice number; otherwise, they appear by purchase date.

  • Only Show Where: Filter drugs by Drug Name, Drug NDC, or Verified Status, starting with a specific letter or NDC number.

  • Drug Type: Filter for brand, generic, or both types of drugs.

To print the report, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button it is highlighted after selecting a few drugs.

If you'd like to To export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button when it is highlighted. NOTE: Export Note that exporting to Excel only works on with full versions of Microsoft Excel/Office . It and does NOT not work with the Office Starter 2010 and or other starter/third-party versions. If using any one of these; in these cases, export to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file instead.

The user may also To clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking , click the "Clear" button or by pressing the press "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted. Exit" to leave this screen and go back in to Rx Processing.


Scan Lot Info

This is useful for scanning lot information after processing EDI files from the supplier and in compliance with Track & Trace.

When a drug is selected and the Scan Lot Info button is clicked, the drug details will display, and you can scan the barcode to add lot info. You can also select multiple drugs before clicking Scan Lot Info. After entering the lot info and clicking Ok, the next selected drug will appear.

Lot info can be added from the Received Purchases report by clicking the Scan Lot Info button. If no drug is selected, scanning the barcode will update the lot info if the NDC is found in the list.
