Charge Account Family Transaction Log
The Transaction Log screen allows the user screen enables users to generate a log of all transactions for a specific family or patient for a specified period of time. Keep in mind that this report will only display the date range selected, and could therefore have a skewed Total amount shown in the bottom right based on the limited date range selected. Any transaction outside of the selected date range will not be automatically counted and adjusted towards the total. For a full transaction log, the user should select a date range that encompasses the entire period from when the pharmacy started using the in house charge account until the current date.
To generate a transaction log, choose the From / To dates by typing in their appropriate fields or using the calendar icon to choose correct dates.
Next, enter in the whole name of a patient to bring up the family’s information or enter part of the patient’s name and press the "Enter" key to bring up a list of patients.
within a selected date range. The Total amount displayed reflects only the transactions within the chosen date range. Transactions outside this range are not included in the total. To ensure a complete transaction log, select a date range covering the entire period since the pharmacy began using the in-house charge account.
To obtain a listing of transactions based on a family, click on Acct Receivables ➡️ 5. Transaction Log by Family.
