The listings menu offers simple reports that list all the data in your pharmacy files. You can obtain a prescriber, sig, patient, drug or insurance listing from this menu.
A. Prescriber
To access the Prescriber Listing screen, click on Report -> 1. Listings -> A. Prescriber Listing.
The Prescriber Listing screen allows the user to generate a list of all the prescriber’s in the system. To generate the list of prescribers, enter any name or address if you would like to filter the list, or simply click the ‘Generate Report’ button or press the ‘Enter’ key when the ‘Generate Report’ button is highlighted to generate a list of all prescribers in your system. The report also allows the user to narrow down prescribers by E-Prescribing service level as shown in the image below.
Simply click the E-Prescribing Service Level drop-down box, make your selection and Generate Report once more to display only those filtered records.
The report can be sorted any time by simply clicking the column name above the records you'd like to sort by.
To print the prescriber listing, click the ‘Print’ button or press the "Enter" key when the ‘Print’ button is highlighted.
If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted. NOTE: Export to Excel only works on full versions of Microsoft Excel/Office. It does NOT work with the Office Starter 2010 and other starter/third party versions. If using any one of these, export to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) instead.
The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the ‘Cancel’ button or by pressing the ‘Enter’ key when the ‘Cancel’ button is highlighted.
B. Sig
To access the Sig Listing screen, click on Report -> 1. Listings -> B. Sig Listing.
The Sig Listing screen allows the user to generate a list of all the Sig information in the system. To generate the list of Sig information, click the "Generate Report" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Generate Report" button is highlighted. If you'd like to filter results by SIG name or description, enter that information in their respective fields before generating the report.
The report can be sorted any time by simply clicking the column name above the records you'd like to sort by.
To print the report, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.
If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted. NOTE: Export to Excel only works on full versions of Microsoft Excel/Office. It does NOT work with the Office Starter 2010 and other starter/third party versions. If using any one of these, export to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) instead.

C. Patient
To access the Patient Listing screen, click on Report -> 1. Listings -> C. Patient Listing.
The Patient Listing screen allows the user to generate a report on patients based on date of birth, group number, service date, diagnosis, insurance plan, city, zip, delivery group. The user may fill as many fields as they like to narrow down the report. The report also allows for more filtering functions to be used as displayed below by clicking the "More Options" drop-down box:
To generate the report, click on the "Generate Report" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Generate Report" button is highlighted.
The report can be sorted any time by simply clicking the column name above the records you'd like to sort by.
To print the report, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted. The patient listing also offers the ability to print mailing labels from the print menu, as displayed below.
If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted. NOTE: Export to Excel only works on full versions of Microsoft Excel/Office. It does NOT work with the Office Starter 2010 and other starter/third party versions. If using any one of these, export to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) instead.
Send Email/SMS: This button is used to send an email message or SMS to the selected patient(s). For a full explanation see the Sending Messages article.
The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.
D. Drug
To access the Drug Listing screen, click on Report -> 1. Listings -> D. Drug Listing.
The Drug Listing screen allows the user to generate a list of all the drugs in the system. To generate the list of drugs, click the "Generate Report" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Generate Report" button is highlighted. You can filter this report by certain criteria if you'd like to narrow it down. Simply choose the options that best suit your needs before generating the report.
The report can be sorted any time by simply clicking the column name above the records you'd like to sort by.
To print the report, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.
If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted. NOTE: Export to Excel only works on full versions of Microsoft Excel/Office. It does NOT work with the Office Starter 2010 and other starter/third party versions. If using any one of these, export to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) instead.

E. Compound Drug
To access the Compound Drug Listing screen, click on Report -> 1. Listings -> E. Compound Drug Listing.
The Compound Drug Listing screen allows the user to generate a list of all the compound drugs in the system. To generate the list of compound drugs, click the "Generate Report" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Generate Report" button is highlighted. You can narrow the report down by selecting if you'd like to display all, RXs with compound details, or RXs without. If you'd like to filter the report by name or NDC of the drugs, select the appropriate choice and fill the information in the top right section, before you generate the report.
The report can be sorted any time by simply clicking the column name above the records you'd like to sort by.
To print the report, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.
If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted. F. Insurance
To access the Insurance Plan Listing screen, click on Report -> 1. Listings -> F. Insurance Plan Listing.
The Insurance Plan Listing screen allows the user to generate a list of all the insurance plans in the system. To generate the list of insurance plans, click the "Generate Report" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Generate Report" button is highlighted. If you'd like to display record numbers, simply choose "Yes" in the drop-down box before generating the report.
The report can be sorted any time by simply clicking the column name above the records you'd like to sort by.
To print the report, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.
If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted. NOTE: Export to Excel only works on full versions of Microsoft Excel/Office. It does NOT work with the Office Starter 2010 and other starter/third party versions. G. Family Listing
To access the Family Listing screen, click on Report -> 1. Listings -> G. Family Listing.
The Family Listing screen allows the user to generate a list of all the families in the system. To generate the list of families, click the "Generate Report" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Generate Report" button is highlighted. You can choose to narrow down the report before generating; change the Show Family filter to All for all families, With Patients to display the families with patients assigned, or Without Patients to display the families with no patients assigned.
The report can be sorted any time by simply clicking the column name above the records you'd like to sort by. They will be sorted under individual family grouping.
To print the report, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.
If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted. NOTE: Export to Excel only works on full versions of Microsoft Excel/Office. It does NOT work with the Office Starter 2010 and other starter/third party versions. If using any one of these, export to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) instead.
