X. Kloud Script Report

Kloud Script is a vendor that assists in processing of Specialty medications; in order to use this function and report, the pharmacy must first contact and contract with Kloud Script. Contact them through their website or call 855 - 202 - 7036. This function works in "spirit" similar to CoverMyMeds, where instead of having to enter and process specialty prescriptions for approval through Kloud Script's website, the software will do so automatically. This feature has an additional cost of either $25/month, or an upgrade to the Premium subscription tier.

To access the inactive drug report screen, click on Report -> X. Kloud Script Report.

This report is used to display prescriptions for specialty medications and send any specialty medications to Kloud Script if they somehow were not reported previously. This report can be viewed for a specified Date Range, and can be filtered to Display All RXs, Only Paid RXs or Only Un-paid RXs. In addition, the More Options menu in the top right section can further filter the report to view Refills Remaining, RX Status, Drug Info, Patient Name, Patient Phone, Prescriber Name, Prescriber Phone, Copay, Total, and Acq Cost.

When all criteria have been met, click the Generate Report button to view the results. If you have missed reporting any prescriptions, you can then choose to Send to Kloud Script.

To print the report, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted. NOTE: Export to Excel only works on full versions of Microsoft Excel/Office. It does NOT work with the Office Starter 2010 and other starter/third party versions. If using any one of these, export to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) instead.

The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.
