To access the Rx Custom Log screen, click on Report -> E. Rx Custom Log.
The Custom Log screen allows the user to generate a list of all the prescriptions put into the system in a specified period of time; simply enter the dates or choose the dates by clicking the calendar buttons. This report can be narrowed down by Drug, Patient, Plan / insurance plan group or Prescriber. When selecting a Patient, you can choose to filter the report by clicking the "Filter By" button; currently you can filter by Asembia Patients, Patient State, and Insurance Group#. The user can also choose what information to display from their corresponding drop-down boxes, and can choose a further filtering method or what paid statuses to display. Custom Log is currently the most general and encompassing report inside of BestRx, and can often be used for a multitude of requests that do not fit particular criteria like other reports.
The report can be sorted any time by simply clicking the column name above the records you'd like to sort by.
To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.
If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted. NOTE: Export to Excel only works on full versions of Microsoft Excel/Office. It does NOT work with the Office Starter 2010 and other starter/third party versions. If using any one of these, export to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) instead.
This report also allows for a Special Export of reports for vendors requiring a differently formatted result. Simply click the Special Export button, and select from the available options according to the provider. Currently the export supports Horizon, Boehringer, and Lundbeck.
The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.
