Coordination of Benefits Screen
The COB screen is used to bill one prescription to multiple insurance companies. When dual billing is set up correctly, the information is filled in automatically. Otherwise, you must enter it manually. To set up COB, select the appropriate insurance plans for the patient. Each plan may require different settings. While manual entry is possible, it is not recommended as it can lead to errors.

Once set up, claims should process the same, as long as the insurer’s configuration doesn’t change.
