Compound Prescription Report

The Compound Drug Listing screen allows users to generate a report of all compound prescriptions in the system for a specified date range.

To access the Compound Prescription Report screen, click on Report R. Compound Prescription Report.

The report can be narrowed by selecting the type of prescriptions to display—All, RXs with Compound Details, or RXs without Compound Details—as well as by prescription status, including Paid & Transmitted, All but Hold, or All Statuses.

The report results can be sorted at any time by clicking the column name above the records. Selecting the same column repeatedly will toggle the sort order between ascending and descending.

Printing

To print the report, click the Print button or press Enter when the Print button is highlighted.

Exporting

To export the report data, click the Export Data button or press Enter when the Export Data button is highlighted. Note: Exporting to Microsoft Excel is supported only in full versions of Microsoft Excel/Office and does not work with Office Starter 2010 or other starter or third‑party office applications. If using one of these versions, export the data as a Comma‑Separated Values (CSV) file instead.

The user may clear all data displayed on the screen by clicking the Clear button or by pressing Enter when the Clear button is highlighted.
