Overview
The Customer Portal allows users to manage account-related tasks, including making payments, viewing statements, viewing evoucher credits, adding users, and setting store client portal permissions.
Client Portal Registration Access
The BestRx Client Portal is available to all clients at no cost.
Pharmacy owner will receive an invitation link to register their account. Once enrolled, they can:
View their BestRx account balance
Pay monthly invoices online
Enroll in automatic bill pay using a credit/debit card or bank account
If the pharmacy has not received a registration link, the Owner or Manager must contact Customer Support at (877) 777-5758 to verify the store information and provide a secure email address.
Due to the sensitive nature of portal information, the email must be one that only the Owner or Manager can access.
If your pharmacy is not yet enrolled, the registration link will be sent to the email address we have on file. If the pharmacy prefers to use a different email, the pharmacy owner must contact us directly to request the change. For security reasons, we can only make updates or send access links with the owner’s authorization.
Note: Multiple emails are allowed for login to portal but this needs to be at the request of the Owner/Store Owner.
Registration Email
When you receive the registration email, click the “Clicking Here” link or the “Explore the BestRx Client Portal” button to access the portal. Enter the email address the message was sent to, along with the temporary password provided. On your first login, you’ll be prompted to create a new password. Once that’s done, your account will be ready to use.

After setting your new password, you may be prompted to log in again. Simply enter your email and updated password to access the Client Portal.
2FA Authentication
You may be prompted to complete two-factor authentication (2FA). Follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

If you forgot your BestRx password, click “Forgot Password”, enter your email, and select “Reset Password.” You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset it.
BestRx Client Portal Dashboard
Note: For security, you will be automatically logged out after 10 minutes of inactivity to protect your financial information.
After logging in, navigate to and click on “Customer Portal.”
Customer Portal
The Customer Portal dashboard displays the pharmacy name and address, balance due, AutoPay and eStatement status, and recent statements. You can click “Pay Balance” to make a payment or “View All Statements” to see your full statement history.
Make Payment
Before you make a payment, go to Payment Methods to add your payment information.
When ready, click “Pay Balance” on the dashboard to view your balance and payment details. The default payment method will be used, but you can click “Make Payment” to update or change it.
You can select an existing payment method or add a new one.
Review the payment details, then click “Submit Your Payment” to complete the transaction or “Back” to return to the dashboard.
Payment Methods
Add a payment method by selecting “Add a Bank” or “Add a Card.”
Evoucher Credits
“Add a Bank” is the preferred and fastest option, and it's the only way to receive eVoucher/CarePoints credits directly to your bank account.
If adding a bank account, complete the required fields and select “Set as Primary Payment Method.”
Once the payment information is entered, it will appear under Payment Methods. Click the pencil icon to edit or the trash icon
to delete. After setup, the pharmacy is ready to make a payment.
Account History
Displays statements and payment history that can be printed.
Transaction History
Displays all invoices and credits. These can be filtered by date and exported to pdf or excel.
Copay Voucher History
Displays all copay voucher credits from switch companies, filterable by statement date, fill date, and Rx number.
Reimbursements typically take 7–12 weeks to process and are issued as BestRx statement credits. Pharmacies enrolled in ACH Auto-Payments will receive reimbursements directly to their bank account once funds are received.
To receive eVoucher credits, be sure to select Bank Account as your payment method.
Adding Users to Client Portal
You can access user management with the grid button on the top right.
This will take you to user management where you will click ‘Users’.
Displays all current users. Click “Add User” to add a new one.
Enter the user’s information, mark them as Active, and click “Save User.”
Deleting Users
Users cannot be deleted, only inactivated. To disable access, set “Is Active” to No.
User Solution Assignment
You can assign each user specific access to the Client Portal and link them to a pharmacy. Unassigned users will appear in the “Unassigned Users” section of the dashboard.
User Permissions
Permissions follow the same structure as in BestRx:
Store Admins Store Managers Store Employees.
Store Employees can only access assigned features and cannot change their profile or permissions.
