This topic offers help on all the variants of the BestRx user interface.

The Login Screen

In order to use BestRx you will need to obtain a valid user name and password; this is typically set up with help from our staff by the owner or pharmacy manager during the initial software installation.

  • If you're a guest at the pharmacy, you will need to request a username be created by the owner or a manager in the same fashion, as BestRx cannot issue User IDs or passwords for security and liability reasons.

  • After you've selected your user, type in your password and your Technician's initials if you'll be working with a specific technician.

  • If you're a technician, you can enter the Pharmacist's initials if you'll be working with a specific pharmacist.

 

Click "Login" to enter the BestRx program, or "Cancel" to leave the login screen. Upon login, the software will display appropriate notices/warnings and then load the Main Processing Screen.

The "Settings (gear)" button provides additional information about the software, often times helpful when troubleshooting your pharmacy. To its right we have conveniently placed a button link to our "Quick Support" program so our support staff can help you with your issues quickly.
