Overview

This report provides in simple detail a list of prescriptions for a nursing home/long term care facilityLTC facility (Nursing Home). By default this report is set to ignore prescriptions who are past their discontinue date unless otherwise specified. It can be generated for any one or all facilities.

To access the Medication Management Therapy Review, click on LTC ➡️ 10. Medication Management Therapy Review

This report will display basic information for the patient, basic information for their location in the facility such as floor, room and bed, and brief detail on the prescriptions they're taking and their directions.

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.
