The Nursing Home LTC RX manager Manager is an easy and convenient way to flag multiple prescriptions as LTC (Nursing Home) prescriptions.
By default prescriptions that are not flagged as Nursing Home LTC will not appear when printing MAR forms. This function will flag those prescriptions appropriately and let you print them on your MAR forms.
To access LTC RX Manager, click on LTC RX Manager ➡️ 4. Nursing Home Rx Manager.

The DOB, Address and Phone Number are there for display only and are used to verify that you're working with the correct patient's info.The left side displays the full RX profile for the patient. The right side displays all active nursing home prescriptions for the patient. To flag prescriptions as nursing home
Full Rx Profile for Patient
Select the prescription you want to flag as an LTC prescription by clicking the Rx # and choosing 'Add' to move it to Active LTC Prescriptions. Similarly, you can select and 'Remove' prescriptions from the Active LTC Prescriptions box.
You can also apply filters to the Full Rx Profile to display sig and dosage information or show Inactive Rxs in the profile.
Active LTC Prescriptions
To flag prescriptions as LTC facility prescriptions, simply select the ones not marked off in gray on the left side of the screen and click the "Add" button. If you need to un-flag any prescription and convert it back to a regular prescription, select it from the right column and click the "Remove" button. If at any point you need to deselect all of your choices, click the "Clear Checks" button.
Change Form
If you are currently using more than one form and need to switch prescriptions to another form, select the prescriptions to change from the right side, and click the "Change Form" button. The program will display a pop-up, in which you can select the desired form to change over to.
When working with multiple forms you can view their corresponding active prescriptions by changing the form type in the drop-down box.
The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter "key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.

To generate reports for Print MAR, Other Forms, and Assisted Living Facility Prescriptions, and link a facility in Cycle Fill it's essential to add the patient's LTC facility in their profile. Additionally, ensure the specific prescriptions are entered into the LTC Rx Manager.
