The Reports file allows the user to generate a number of different reports related to the store functions.

A. Listings

To get to the Listings Menu, click on Reports -> A. Listings.

The menu currently hosts the ability to view an Item listing.

1. Item

To get to Item Listing screen, click on Reports -> A. Listings -> 1. Item.

The Item Listing report provides a simple report that displays all items in the database. The report can be narrowed down by Department, Category and/or Group, and can be filtered to display only specific items whose Name/SKU Starts With by typing in the corresponding field.

When ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted.

Export to Excel only works on full versions of Microsoft Excel/Office. It does NOT work with the Office Starter 2010 and other starter/third party versions. If using any one of these, export to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) instead.

The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.

B. X Report

To get to X Report screen, click on Reports -> B. X Report.

The X Report mirrors the function and look of the X Report when closing a register batch. The X Report is used only for a specific register and provides detailed information about a specific Batch on the selected Register for the chosen day. The information provided is grouped by Sales Summary, Tender Summary, Sales by Tender, Drawer Reconciliation (Cash Only), Other Details and Department Breakdown if selected in the corresponding drop-down box.

When ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.

C. Z Report (Summary)

To get to Z Report Summary screen, click on Reports -> C. Z Report (Summary).

The Z Report Summary mirrors the function and look of the Z Report when closing a register batch. The Z Report summary is used to obtain a general summary of all/or specific Registers and Batches for the selected day. The information provided is grouped by Sales by Tender, Other Transactions and Department Breakdown if selected in the corresponding drop-down box. For a more detailed report, refer to the Z Report (Detailed).

When ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.

D. Z Report (Detailed)

To get to Z Report Detail screen, click on Reports -> D. Z Report (Detailed).

The Z Report Detailed is essentially an X Report, with the difference being that it can be generated for all/or specific Registers and Batches for the selected day instead of only the one selected Register and Batch. It also includes a summary at the bottom, which is the exact report as shown in the Z Report Summary. The information provided is grouped by Sales Summary, Tender Summary, Sales by Tender, Drawer Reconciliation (Cash Only), Other Details and Department Breakdown if selected in the corresponding drop-down box.

When ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.

E. Summary

To get to the Summaries Menu, click on Reports -> E. Summary.

The Summary menu offers the user an option to display a Department Summaryor Items Sold for a Period of time.

1. Department

To get to Department Summary screen, click on Reports -> E. Summary -> 1. Department.

The Department Summary report is a department summary breakdown for a specified Date and Time range. It can be narrowed down to a specific Register and can be Separated By Register by using the corresponding indicator. The search criteria can also be displayed on the print by selecting the appropriate in the Show on Printout drop-down box. The report is designed and laid out to print on a receipt printer.

Select the Date Range with the From / To calendar buttons and choose any of the above filters; when ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted.

Export to Excel only works on full versions of Microsoft Excel/Office. It does NOT work with the Office Starter 2010 and other starter/third party versions. If using any one of these, export to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) instead.

2. Items Sold for Period

To get to Items Sold for Period report screen, click on Reports -> E. Summary -> 2. Items Sold for Period.

The Items Sold for period report displays all items sold for a specified date range. The report can be generated for All Items, RX Items or Non-RX Items by selecting the appropriate in the Item Type drop-down box, and can be narrowed by specific Department.

Select the Date Range with the From / To calendar buttons and when ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

To print the report page, select any and all items then click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted.

F. Daily Log

To get to the Daily Log screen, click on Reports -> F. Daily Log.

The Daily Log is a general report that displays a brief overview of transactions for a specified Date and Time ranges. The report can be narrowed down by All Items, Rx Items, Non-Rx Items, Sales Only or Returns Only by selecting the appropriate in the Generate For drop-down box; you can filter it out by specific SKU by typing it in the SKU Begins With field; and lastly it can be narrowed down by Register, Batch, Department, Category and/or Group,

Select the Date Range with the From / To calendar buttons and choose any of the filters listed above; when ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted.

G. Sales Log (Summary)

To get to the Sales Log Summary screen, click on Reports -> G. Sales Log (Summary).

The Sales Log Summary provides a brief overview in a day-per-line listing of sales information for the store.

Select the Date Range with the From / To calendar buttons and the Time Range with the From / To time fields.

When ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted.

H. Drawer Payout

To get to the Drawer Payout screen, click on Reports -> H. Drawer Payout.

The Drawer Payout report displays a list of all drawer payout transactions for a specified date range. The report can be narrowed down by Register and/or Batch.

Select the Date Range with the From / To calendar buttons, then select the Transaction Type; the choices are Adjustment to Vendor, Add Cash to Register, Take Cash from Register, Cash Paid to Vendor, Paid to Lottery Machine Winner, Paid to Lottery Ticket Winner, Add Check to Register, Lotto Winner (Machine & Ticket) or All Transactions. If no transaction type is selected, the report automatically generates for All Transactions.

When ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted.

I. Override/Authorized Action Report

To get to the Override/Authorized Action Report screen, click on Reports -> I. Override/Authorized Action Report.

The Override/Authorized Action report offers the store an exact overview of all overrides and authorized actions performed on the register for a specified date range. The report can be narrowed down to a specific Register and/or Batch and for specified Actions by searching and selecting then in the Actions to Display field.

Select the Date Range with the From / To calendar buttons and when ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted.

J. Card/Check Details

To get to the Card/Check Details screen, click on Reports -> J. Card/Check Details.

The Card/Check Details report offers a receipt like report for Credit Card and Check transactions, and it's specifically tailored to print on your receipt printer. This function mirrors the Card/Check Details function when closing a register batch.

Select the Date Range with the From / To calendar buttons and select the Register and/or Batch for which to run the report for. You also have the ability to Display Check Details, Display Card Details, Display Grand Totals (for cards only) and Separate by Tender (credit, debit, etc).

When ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.

K. PC Charge Reports

To get to the PC Charge Reports screen, click on Reports -> K. PC Charge Reports.

The PC Charge Report offers a quick way to obtain particular PC Charge reports usually only reserved to the PC Charge program.

This report will ONLY function on the computer where PC Charge is installed, for a store that is using PC Charge as their front-end processing software solution.

The report can be pulled for Credit Card Details, Batch Pre-Settle and Batch Post-Settle transactions in a specified Date Range. It also offers the ability to choose a specific Merchant, Result, PC Charge User ID, Ticket # and Amount.

When ready to generate the report simply click "Generate".

L. Credit Card Signatures

To get to the Credit Card Signatures Report screen, click on Reports -> L. Credit Card Signatures.

The Credit Card Signature report displays details about credit card transactions and the signatures for a specified date range. It can be filtered by using the Sales, Returns and Account Receivables transaction type check-boxes.

Select the Date Range with the From / To calendar buttons and when ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.

M. Item Activity Report

To get to the Item Activity Report Menu, click on Reports -> M. Item Activity Report.

The menu offers the ability to view Active Items, Inactive Items or an Item Sales Log.

1. Active Items

To get to the Active Items Report screen, click on Reports -> M. Item Activity Report -> 1. Active Items.

The Active Items report displays items that have been sold at your store for a specific date range. The report can be narrowed down by Department, Category and/our Group; it can be tailored to display a specific quantity on hand. Choices are Greater than Zero, Zero or Greater, Equal to Zero, Zero or Less and Less than Zero. It also gives the ability to display Supplier Info, however report generation becomes significantly slower when chosen so.

Select the Date Range with the From / To calendar buttons and when ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted.

2. Inactive Items

To get to the Inactive Items Report screen, click on Reports -> M. Item Activity Report -> 2. Inactive Items.

The Inactive Items report displays items that have not been sold at your store after a specified date. The report can be narrowed down by Department, Category and/our Group; it can be tailored to Include Never Sold Items, and also to display a specific quantity on hand. Choices are Greater than Zero, Zero or Greater, Equal to Zero, Zero or Less and Less than Zero. It also gives the ability to display Supplier Info, however report generation becomes significantly slower when chosen so.

Select the Date for Items NOT Sold After with the calendar buttons and when ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted.

3. Item Sales Log

To get to the Item Sales Log screen, click on Reports -> M. Item Activity Report -> 3. Item Sales Log.

The Item Sales log provides a sales log report based on an individual item(s). The report can be narrowed down by Department, Category and/or Group.

Select the Date Range with the From / To calendar buttons, then search and select the items with the Item field. You can also narrow down the report with the Generate For filter; the filter allows All Items, RX Items or Non-RX Items to be shown. NOTE: If an item selected does not belong to a category, ie. Pepsi is not an RX Item, the report will not display a result.

When ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted.

N. Inventory Update

To get to the Inventory Update screen, click on Reports -> N. Inventory Update.

The Inventory Update report provides a report of all inventory changes made with the Inventory Update function. The report can be narrowed down by Department, Group, Category and with a specific SKU Begins with.

Select the Date Range with the From / To calendar buttons and when ready simply click "Generate Report".

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.

O. Vendor Item Numbers

To get to the Vendor Item Numbers screen, click on Reports -> O. Vendor Item Numbers.

The Vendor Item Number report provides a simplified report that was created to show Vendor Item numbers for items in the database and give the ability to add/edit them on the fly. The report can be narrowed down by Department, Group or Category.

There are a few methods and combinations to each report generated with this feature:

  • By not selecting any supplier, the report will generate all items in the database and display their vendor/vendor item number if available.

  • By selecting a supplier, the report will generate all items in the database and items that are NOT linked to the supplier chosen will display blank fields for the vendor/vendor item number for a convenient way to change the supplier and the item number

  • By selecting a supplier AND choosing Only Show Items Linked to this Supplier, the report will generate only the items linked to the selected supplier.

Regardless of method the report is generated by, you can click on any Vendor Item field and a pop-up window will display allowing you to edit the information as such:

Simply edit any or all information that you choose and click "Save" to write it to the item record, taking you back to the previous screen.

When ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

P. FSA Eligible Items

To get to the FSA Eligible Items Report screen, click on Reports -> P. FSA Eligible Items.

The FSA Eligible Items report is a listing of all FSA eligible items that's provided once a month and downloaded automatically by our program every week to eliminate any gaps.

The information on the most recent attempt and completion is displayed in blue at the top of the window.

To search and display items, choose between the Non-FSA, Healthcare and Prescription Items to Display statuses with the corresponding check-boxes. You can narrow the list down by Department, Group and Category.

When ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

If you believe a status of an item has been made in error, you can select any item(s) and click the "Update Status" button to manually update the status.

When done making the correction simply click "Update" to be taken back to the report screen.

Q. Tax Report

To get to the Tax Report Menu, click on Reports -> Q. Tax Report.

The menu gives the user an ability to obtain a Detailed or a Summary Tax report.

1. Detail Report

To get to the Detailed Tax Report screen, click on Reports -> Q. Tax Report -> 1. Detail Report.

The Tax Detail report offers the store a detailed report of all tax transactions that have occurred for a selected date and time range.

Select the Date Range with the From / To calendar buttons and choose the Time Range with the From / To time fields. You can choose to display the time on the print by indicating so with the Show on Printout drop-down box.

When ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report". The summary tab displays a brief summary of the tax transactions in a compact format.

2. Summary Report

To get to the Tax Summary Report screen, click on Reports -> Q. Tax Report -> 2. Summary Report.

The Tax Summary report offers the store a report of all tax transactions that have occurred for a selected date and time range; this report is more compact than the detailed version and does not display the receipt number, time, item description or the city/county tax amounts.

Select the Date Range with the From / To calendar buttons and choose the Time Range with the From / To time fields. You can choose to display the time on the print by indicating so with the Show on Printout drop-down box.

When ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report". The summary tab displays a brief summary of the tax transactions in a compact format.

R. Tender Report

To get to the Tender Report Menu, click on Reports -> R. Tender Report.

The menu gives the user an ability to obtain a Detailed or a Summary Tender report.

Select the date range with the From / To calendar buttons and choose a Register or Batch to generate the report for. S. Profit Report

To get to the Profit Report screen, click on Reports -> S. Profit Report.

The Profit Report offers the store an ability to display a transaction record for a specific date and time range that shows profit amounts and percentages based on the time the item was sold. This report can be narrowed down by Department, Category or Group, and can be generated for All Items, Rx Items and Non-Rx Item types. You can also choose All Items, Sales Only or Returns Only transactions by changing the Transaction Type setting.

After selecting appropriate filters select the date range with the From / To calendar buttons and click the "Generate Report" button. The report will display a full detail in the Details tab, and a summarized view in the Summary tab.

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted. To print a summary, click the "Print Summary Only" button.

If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted.

T. Net Cash Report

To get to the Net Cash Report screen, click on Reports -> T. Net Cash Report.

The Net Cash report offers the store the ability to display a report for a specific date range of all cash transactions; money that has been added or removed to from the register. The report can be generated for all registers and batches or for specific register(s) and batches with the Register and Batch drop-down boxes.

Select the date range with the From / To calendar buttons and choose your appropriate Register / Batch settings. You can also decide to Include the Add Cash to Register and/or Take Cash from Register transactions.

When ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted.

Export to Excel only works on full versions of Microsoft Excel/Office. It does NOT work with the Office Starter 2010 and other starter/third party versions. If using any one of these, export to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) instead.

The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.

U. Transaction by Customer

To get to the Transaction by Customer Report screen, click on Reports -> U. Transaction by Customer.

The Transaction by Customer report offers the store the ability to search for all transactions in a date range for a specific patient.

Select the date range with the From / To calendar buttons then enter the Customer information and select them from the search grid. You can generate the report for All Items, RX Items or Non-Rx Items by making a selection in the Generate For drop-down box.

When ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export Data" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export Data" button is highlighted.

V. Control Log Report

To get to the Control Log screen, click on Reports -> V. Control Log Report.

The Control Log Report offers the ability to search for any items that require a control method by Date, Customer Name, Item, Driver's License/ID# and Receipt #.

If searching by Date, select the date range with the From / To calendar buttons.

If searching by Customer Name, enter the customer information and select them from the search grid.

If searching by Item, select the date range with the From / To calendar buttons then enter the item and select it from the search grid.

If searching by Driver's License/ID#, enter the ID number.

If searching by Receipt #, enter the receipt number.

When ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

W. Dispense Status Report

To get to the Dispense Status Report screen, click on Reports -> W. Dispense Status Report.

The Dispense Status report offers the store the ability to look up dispense status on prescriptions based on Fill Date or RX#/Patient by choosing the method in the Search By drop-down box. Select the appropriate setting then simply select a date range with the From / To calendar buttons if searching by Fill Date, or enter the RX# or Patient Name if searching by RX#/Patient. You can also choose to display the drug name by selecting the "Print Drug Name" drop-down box and making the appropriate choice.

With the search method selected, select or unselect the statuses you wish to include/exclude in the search; Waiting to be Filled, Waiting to be Picked Up, Picked Up, Waiting to be Delivered, Delivered, Out for Delivery, Unable to Deliver, Waiting to be Mailed and Mailed.

When ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".

To print the report page, first select the prescriptions or patients and click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.

The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.

X. Pickup Information Report

To get to the Pickup Information Report screen, click on Reports -> X. Pickup Information Report.

The Pickup Information Report allows the store to look up information on whom has picked up prescriptions for a specific patient in a specified date range, or for a specific prescription number. Choose the search method in the Search By drop-down box; if searching by Fill Date, indicate the From / To date ranges and search then select a patient if desired before generating the report in the Patient field. If searching by RX # simply enter the number in the RX # field. You can also choose to display the drug name by selecting the "Print Drug Name" drop-down box and making the appropriate choice.

When ready to generate the report simply click "Generate Report".
