This menu hosts various reports related to prescription analysis. |
D. Daily Analysis
To access the Daily Rx Analysis screen, click on Report -> D. Daily Rx Analysis.
The Daily Analysis report displays financial information on a daily basis. It breaks days down by plan and the corresponding totals billed for that plan, on that day. The report can be narrowed down by paid status in the section above. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs before generating the report. The "Summary" tab displays the same information, without breaking the report down into days.
To print the main report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted. If you only desire to print from the summary tab, choose the "Print Summary" instead.
The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.
E. Weekly Analysis
To access the Weekly Rx Analysis screen, click on Report -> E. Weekly Rx Analysis.
The Weekly Analysis report displays financial information on a weekly basis. It breaks weeks down by plan and the corresponding totals billed for that plan, during that week. The report can be narrowed down by paid status in the section above. You can also change the chart type displayed. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs before generating the report. The "Summary" tab displays the same information, without breaking the report down into weeks. The "Chart" displays your selected chart type for the information generated.
