TCP/IP Interface Setup Screen
These settings apply to drug dispensing robots, and allow for configuration of BestRx <> robot behavior. NOTE:

These settings should be entered and tested with assistance of BestRx Pharmacy Software. |
Interface Type : Choose the correct interface name for your drug dispensing robot. We currently support Kirby Lester, Parata, PharmAssist, ScriptPro, TelePharm (select ScriptPro), and Eyecon.
Interface On/Off : Toggle interface.
Send data on Port : Enter the correct send port for the device.
Listen for data on Port : Enter the correct listen port for the device.
IP Address or Computer Name : Enter the IP Address or name of the device robot.
Action for Drugs in Robot : Choose whether or not you'd like the program to prompt you to send drugs to the device for drugs that are in the robot.
Action for Drugs NOT in Robot : Choose whether or not you'd like the program to prompt you to send drugs to the device for drugs that are not available in the robot.
Workflow Steps covered after filling Rx from Robot: Indicate which workflow steps you'd like to automatically flag as performed when the prescription is filled through the robot.
Send Rxs to Robot After : Choose when you'd like the program to send the prescription to the robot; when Active RX is Saved, at Verify Before Fill, or at Verify Before Dispense.
Group Rxs by Family (PARATA ONLY) : Choose if you'd like the robot to group prescriptions by family name.
Message Mode For Eyecon (EYECON ONLY) : Choose how you'd like the Eyecon machine to handle messages.
Stock Bottle Verification (EYECON ONLY) : Choose how you'd like Eyecon to verify stock bottles.
