Delivery Prescriptions
ScreenThis report performs similar functions to the "Dispense RXs in Groups" report, with a few differences. The report is primarily designed to display prescriptions that have been marked for delivery. You can search for these prescriptions using the fill date or Rx/Patient criteria and choose to display Drug Name and Amount Due, and filter them by different delivery statuses.
When the report's been generated you can quickly adjust any status of a prescription by clicking on the check box next to its number and clicking the "Update Status" button. You can also do the same for multiple prescriptions by selecting as many as you need, or using the "Select All" check box towards bottom left.
To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted. The options to print this report are either Delivery Report or Delivery Tickets.
If you'd like to export the report to a file, click the "Export" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Export" button is highlighted. NOTE: Export to Excel only works on full versions of Microsoft Excel/Office. It does NOT work with the Office Starter 2010 and other starter/third party versions. If using any one of these, export to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) instead.
These prescriptions can also be sent directly to your Mobile Delivery Device from this screen. Simply select the prescriptions, indicate the device/driver/group in the top section and click the "Send to Mobile Delivery Device" button. This only works if the "Delivered" filter flag is NOT selected.
The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.
