Transfer Inventory to Another Pharmacy
ScreenThe Transfer Inventory function allows the pharmacy to create a record in the BestRx Database of a medication transfer to or from another pharmacy; this process is entirely symbolic and no electronic exchange takes place. The user must first choose if they'd like to transfer medication to or from another pharmacy. Next, select the pharmacy for this transfer. If the pharmacy does not appear in the list, click the first option "Create NEW pharmacy". Input any and all remarks you might have in the remarks screen, then start adding medication to the report. After searching for a drug name or NDC, select the quantity to transfer and click the "Add Transfer Inventory" button. You may choose to add more items to the report by repeating the add process.
To print the report page, click the "Print" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Print" button is highlighted.
To delete a drug from the report, select the drug you wish to delete and click the "Delete" button or press the "Enter" key when the "Delete" button is highlighted.
The user may also clear all the data displayed on the screen by clicking the "Clear" button or by pressing the "Enter" key when the "Clear" button is highlighted.
