To access Sig Dosage Template, click on LTC ➡️ B. Sig Dosage Template
Apply Dosage Information
In this screen, enter the Dosage Template Name and filter for Sig codes (ex. TID). Double-click the Times box to edit dosage information.
Once saved, you can update and apply the sig code and dosage to the selected nursing home by clicking "Update to NH" and choosing "Update to Selected NH," or apply it to all facilities by selecting "Update to All NH."

The sig codes and dosage information entered in the template name can also be applied to more LTC facilities. Select “Apply Template to Nursing Home” and this should allow the user to apply the template of that name to whichever nursing home of their choice.
Rx Processing - Sig Code Dosage Info
When the template and sig dosage information is selected, it can be used in the Rx Processing screen. Upon using the Sig Code, the pharmacy will be prompted to continue with either the default information or the template programmed dosage info for the LTC patient.
Rx Processing - Dosage/Nursing Home Info
The Sig code dosage information can be adjusted on the Rx Processing screen by clicking “Edit NH info,” allowing the user to modify or view the nursing home dosage details. The user can also assign the Rx to a general cycle for a Cycle fill period later.
