Inbound Fax Queue
The inbound fax queue is where you can view any faxes sent to you through an internet faxing service integrated with BestRx, such as SRFax or Updox. Faxes can be filtered by date range, provider and providerfax number. Two tabs near the top let you view your Received Faxes and your Deleted Faxes.
Once received, faxes can be linked to patients with the Link to More button.
If you’d like to get a preview of the fax, you can hover the mouse cursor over the View Fax button Preview icon. Clicking View Fax the preview icon will take you to a full reader view for the fax.
