To access the Master Code File, click on eCare Plans -> A. Master Code File. |
Master Code File
Master Code screen allows the users to View, Add, Edit, Delete, or Export the codes/list. To Add a code simply click "Add New Code"; to Edit a code, click it from the list of codes as shown above.
eCare Plan : Specify which eCare plan this code applies to. Currently only available plan is the CCNC eCare plan.
Type : Indicate the type for the code; available options are Encounter, Allergy, DTP, Medication Related Findings, and Intervention.
Sub Type : If the above code type has a sub type, you will be able to select it in this drop down box.
Descriptor : Enter the code descriptor (if applicable).
Snomed CT Code : Enter the Snomed CT Code (if applicable).
Local Code : Enter the Local Code (if applicable).
Value Set Name : Enter the Value Set Name (if applicable).
OID : Enter the OID (if applicable).
When all required fields are filled out, you will be able to Save the code to resume working with the list, or Save & Exit to get back to the previous screen. Alternatively if Editing a code, you can Delete the code to remove it from the system.
