Setting up MTM Interfaces

BestRx currently supports three two Medication Therapy Management platformsplatform, OutcomesMTM, Mirixa, and ClinicalAlertsPlus™Amplicare. While OutcomesMTM is currently a simpler platform within BestRx and can only display opportunities and require usage of their website, Mirixa and ClinicalAlertsPlus™ Amplicare’s integration is a little more built out and requires registration input into BestRx. a third party program to run on your PC.

OutcomesMTM

To register with

Mirixa

OutcomesMTM, the please visit their registration

website, or simply click MTM from the notification bar, then the Mirixa (please register) tab, then finally click the Mirixa logo.
  • To register with ClinicalAlertsPlus™, please visit their ClinicalAlertsPlus™ Registration, or simply click MTM from the notification bar, then the ClinicalAlertsPlus™ (Enroll Now) tab, then finally click the ClinicalAlertsPlus™ logo.

  • BestRx also supports RX page to sign up and log in. Once your account is created, OutcomesMTM information will populate on the main MTM screen in the OutcomesMTM tab.

    Amplicare Assist

    For Amplicare, please license and register with their services on their wesbite. For the required application, please use the following Amplicare Assist download link (will begin download immediately): https://www.amplicare.com/windows

    • Amplicare Alerts Enabled: Choose whether the interface with Amplicare is enabled or disabled.

    SMP Settings

    BestRx also supports SMP for Immunization submission; while not entirely an MTM feature, it does utilize Opportunity functionality when on a Free/Advertising Backed level of service and will display those opportunities in the same areas of the software. For more information regarding Immunizations, see the main Immunizations article.

    These settings should only be adjusted with assistance of a BestRx Technician.

    MIRIXA SETTINGS

    Registered NPI: Double check and make sure the NPI matches NPI used with Mirixa and correct if necessary.

    Registered Machine Name: This field displays the computer name, is locked and for viewing only.

    Username: Enter the Mirixa account username.

    Password: Enter the Mirixa account password.

    Installation ID: This field displays the current installation ID, is locked and for viewing only.

    Enabled: Choose if this service should be enabled.

    CLINICALALERTSPLUS™ SETTINGS

    Location PIN: Enter the PIN you received after successfully enrolling for ClinicalAlertsPlus™.

    Enabled: Choose if this service should be enabled.

    SMP SETTINGS

    • Location Identifier: Enter the identifier you received after successfully enrolling for SMP.

    • Username: Enter the SMP account username.

    • Password: Enter the SMP account password.

    • Enabled: Choose if this service should be enabled.
